Coach Irakli is a FIBA-licensed and USA Basketball–licensed coach with a distinguished 14-year professional playing career (1999–2013) that began in Georgia and extended across Europe and the Middle East. He competed in premier leagues and national cups in seven countries, facing top-level competition and adapting to diverse playing styles.

As a team captain, he led squads through championship runs, mentored younger teammates, and earned recognition for his leadership and performance in high-pressure games. Throughout his career, he took part in numerous international cups and tournaments, gaining a deep understanding of global basketball strategies, training methods, and game philosophy.

Since 2013, Coach Irakli has dedicated himself to youth basketball coaching—merging the wealth of experience and cultural insights from his international career into every training session. His mission is to pass on not just technical skills, but also the discipline, adaptability, and mindset required to excel both on and off the court.
